I am absolutely in LOVE with that clock. In. Love. Please tell me if you bought it somewhere or made it....because I'm thinking I might be able to make that if needed.

I think you could make your version of the clock by using a plain 'kitchen clock' and covering the face with gift wrap. I would remove the hands, and then use a clear varnish (or modge podge) on the gift wrap before putting the hands back.
