Spray-painted pinecones attached with blue ribbon to a big, puffy, sparkly bow.
Spray paint pinecones with the color you want. (I used 2 coats & sealed it with spray sealer.) Next, cut appropriate sized lengths of ribbon to all the same length. Fold one end of the each ribbon about 1/2" onto itself & hot glue it together (makes a neater end). Hot glue the folded end of each ribbon onto the base of each pinecone.
I cannot find the tutorial I used for the puffy bow so use your fave technique to make one. Stagger the pinecones to the length you desire and gather all the ribbons together at the top. Wire them tightly together, leaving a loop for the hanger above the wiring point. Hot glue a small piece of ribbon around the wire to clean up the gathering point. Hot glue that piece to the bow, and, voilà! A lovely decoration suitable for Hanukkah or Christmas!
Happy holidays, everyone!
