I accidently bought 152 old soda bottles (it happens) I really just wanted the old coke crate, the wire basket and a few of the cool old bottles but it was a package deal and cheap so I figured I'd eventually come up with an idea...
Love the graphics on the old vintage bottles ~
I have this old box spring I brought home a few years ago knowing that someday I'd use the springs for something...and today I finally did :)
Easiest project ever...A bottle an old bed spring and a hummingbird feeder tube ~
The hummers love them :-)
I made a bunch ~ enough for all my bird loving friends and family!
Several styles of feeders are available for purchase in my Etsy shop
I love how these turned out! Now I just need to come up with some ideas for the rest of them...

How do you keep honey bees away?

Did you have any problems with the stopper fitting the soda bottles? It is so hard to figure out! What exact place did you find your tubes? There are so many of them available, but I am trying to get the best buy! Would appreciate any help with this! I already have lots of bedsprings and I am buying the bottles as I can find them! You were so lucky to get all the ones you did!

    Thanks for any advice!

I amam definitely going to try this! I just happen to have an old bed spring that I took apart knowing I would find something to do with it. Thanks for sharing.
