    the only time it is flat is while it is on the cutting table! The swag sections are gathered into pleats and then attached to the back side of the horn sections. Hope this helps.

Changing Table fit for a Baby Princess!

Our client repurposed an antique dry sink to make a changing table for their new baby daughter. We completed the look with over-the-top panel swags atop burlap panels and flouncy London valances!
