Anyone with ideas in this area for plants. Full sun, drought tolerant, low maint, favorite color purple. Should I raise the empty area in the front to place some annuals and perrennials. Thinking about purple coneflower, purple salvia, purplewave petunias.? Should I move the smaller shrubs Help! Please

Purple wall flowers....they bloom for most of the year here in Western WA. One of my favorite ...»
flowers they do well with very little water, once established they survive on rain only. Move the tiny plants to the front, add the wallflowers in back and into the sparce areas .

Produce rack salvaged from grocery store

I desperately needed a pot rack because of very little cabinet space in my kitchen. Some swag lite chain, four heavy hooks, and flat black paint and you're all set,

do you have cupboards on each side of your window over your sink?? Seen on Martha Stewart ...»
years ago. I took a shower curtain road and mounted it above the sink, each end secured to the cupboard. You can buy hooks in various legnths... Makes a GREAT pot rack. I also hang my MS cutting boards, colander, etc. It can be used for all widths of windows.

Gardening: Weed or Flower?

My daughter in law dug up some Creeping Phlox from an old abandoned house. In among the phlox were these plants with yellow flowers. Can anybody tell me if this is a weed? It's pretty whatever it is. Thanks for your help.
