  • Simply encase the rod and finials with fabric. Then take a tie rope and cover it with fabric and attach a tassel at the bottom. Drape a sheer over it and you're done. 1

Simple window treatment to try

You don't need to know how to sew to create this great look yourself. You can hand stitch or hot glue the fabric quickly and easily. This was a quick fix with a small amount of fabric.

    I sew, but had a nice table runner that was the perfect color, so I made a casing and hung it ...»
    on a rod, however, if you bought a rod with matching clip rings, you could simply hang it with no sewing!
