Our home was under conservation so we cannot purchase until Oct 2012. So I am doing diligence
this year on what renovation projects will cost for each of the areas needing to be completed. We have a 3,700 sq.ft home and the unfinished basement runs the span of the home. We also have attic space that could be built out. I am researching now what I would like to see in the home before I start getting quotes. We want to try and build as much of the cost of renovation into the buying price to get an even better deal out of our bargain.
Our family puts up the trees the day after Thanksgiving which carries over to Saturday as we
put a tree in each of the children's room as well. This years tree for My 9 month old was made from a step ladder painted in green milk glass paint and decorated with primary colored vintage wooden toys and blocks. At a loss for a topper though if one has any suggestions. We remove Jan 7th after advent is over.
