About Me:

I'm a blogger that loves old stuff and tries to breathe new life into sad old things. I love to find inspiration everywhere and from everyone. I'm learning about painting furniture, but have always done crafting, sewing, cooking, scrapbooking and dabble in gardening and home decor/remodel where I can. I'm also married to a very loving, understanding, and yet extremely talented husband who is a pretty darn handy DIYer! We share our 1978 A-frame home with our daughter & my son, plus one crazy dog named Princess.

Favorite area of home improvement:

I like making the outside of my home beautiful. I guess that's because the inside never looks presentable enough for people to see, so the yard is their first impression & I want them to believe the inside is just as good! ;)
