Landscaping

Anyone with ideas in this area for plants. Full sun, drought tolerant, low maint, favorite color purple. Should I raise the empty area in the front to place some annuals and perrennials. Thinking about purple coneflower, purple salvia, purplewave petunias.? Should I move the smaller shrubs Help! Please

butterflys salvia the blue and black are perennials but the red would give a splash of color and verbena is very fragrant the columbine is very nice and it will self seed which can be a little problem could over take that area

and next to the brick you could plant as a border candytuft it is white and gives lots of accent
