Lupita, the door is not plumb (assuming the wall is).

The way you fix this annoyance is to adjust the hinges. Take the door and hinges on the jamb down. Find some (pine) wood splinters that you glue and tap into the screw holes in the jamb. Trim the splinters flush with the jamb. You do this so that you can put the screws back in. The adjustment will be so minor that the screws will tend to go back into the old holes making any adjustment effort futile.
.
Which hinges need this adjustment? I'd choose the bottom and the middle if the door tends to swing out. The top if the door swings in.
.
Now, assuming that you are working with the bottom and middle hinges, resume work by mounting the door back with the top hinge. Next is to install the bottom hinge. The bottom hinge must not go in the exact old place, but pushed out some depending on the severity of the vertical offset. Complete work by installing middle hinges wherever they want to go.
.
How much to you push the bottom hinge out away from the inside of the jamb? Take a level and find the plumb against the top hinge placement.
.
This is one of those things that are easier done than said.
