    It's called a weeping Yucca...very hot and cold hardy...I love them cuz they're not stiff and ...»
    pointy, they weep gracefully...when it's a little older it will form a 'stalk'...you can trim the bottom branches and you will see the stalk...I trimmed mine up and it's just lovely....good luck!
