once the nest has no birds or eggs in it you can remove it or call someone to remove it

Bathroom: Advise about putting in a glassed, two sided master bath shower

My husband and I have gutted our master bathroom and we want to put in a glassed shower. We are looking at a quartz base and one glassed side will be the door with the other two sides tiled to the ceiling. Advise/cautions.

the walls that the glass attach to are plumb. Especially if you are going to go with a heavy frame less glass. Also before applying the tile to the durock backer board it is smart to use some type of Roll on membrane for waterproofing like this http://www.mapei.us/pdf/Realta/REALTA10_en.p... and if you want a semi maintenance free shower use epoxy grout.

Free DYI tutorial on how to fix your old dewalt batteries

Revive your NICD batteries with using this free tutorial. I just fixed about 20 of my own batteries and I figured I would share it with others for free since people are charging 20 dollars on Ebay for these instructions.

Design & Décor: What color backsplash shoud I go with?

We have cherry cabinets and dark countertops, what color would look best for the backsplash? We will be using tile of some sort, but after going this far with this kitchen redo, I don't want ordinary tile.

style of your cabinets I would go with a subway tile rather that a square tile.

Door Unhinged?

This door is no longer sitting properly in the frame. Looks like I need to do something with the bottom hinge in order to re-align it. House is 26 years old.

What is happening is that the weight of the door is pulling the jamb away from the framing ...»
over time.all you need to do is get a 3" matching color screw and replace one of the screws on the very top hing. You will see is suck the door back into place.This will fix the problem if you dont have tools to do it (Screw Gun,1/8 Drill bit) Then call a handyman and they can fix it easy.
