About Me:

I am a busy mother of four. I have been going to school off and on for interior design. My husband and i bought a fixer-up house five years ago. We are about half way through our wish list to make this our dream home.

Favorite area of home improvement:

I love interior design. I like to make furniture as well as fix up old pieces. I also like crafts, sewing and gardening.

  • In the beginning we took an old headboard and began framing and building the base of the swing. 2
  • Once the swing was put together, we added chains and hung it from the porch awning. I painted it two coats of Annie Sloan's Duck Egg.
