And what beautiful window treatments you shared! Wonderfully drool worthy! I did a similar treatment in our Lady's Parlor as you shared in the bedroom picture above. I love that look.

Arched windows can be quite a challenge to work with, especially when the trim follows the arch. I designed our trim to be straight across the top with the area on either side of the arch filled with wood instead of drywall. Our trim is stained.

Though it seems common to call all arched topped windows Palladian anymore it's not what the term originally stood for. Palladian windows are a set of three windows with only the center often being arched at the top.

but it looks like you have some grey in there. Get a comforter in a dark grey color with another color in it like a dark pink to compliment the walls. Would you be open to painting the glass curio cabinet white? Consider a larger mirror with a wider border in a dark grey or silver frame. The items on your dresser look to "lined up". Group the glass lantern with the candles off to one side. White blinds and a curtain hanging with grommets in a fabric to match the new comforter would look nice.. Throw a couple contrasting pillow on the bed.........after a few changes you'll fell like you're in a 5 star hotel!
