I don't know about you, but my kitchen counters can not have any clutter on them or I will go insane. It's not easy to keep the counter clean when there is things laying around. I was
getting sick of my dish soap & hand soap lying around so I wanted to make something to clean it all up. I made this stand using a dollar store tray & a candlestick. I simply spray painted the two pieces & glued them together with super glue. I also added a bowl with white rags inside to cut back on our paper towel. They are super handy & great to bleach and keep clean for some "green cleaning". Check the post for all of the photos and info. Hope you guys love this simple DIY :)
I have become obsessed with all sorts of vintage style pails, barrels and crates and was thrilled to find my own little treasure at a local thrift shop for a mere $5! Here are some photos
that have inspired me for both indoor and outdoor uses of different types and sizes of barrels. I would love to get my hands on more for some possible wedding decorations... You can check out my blog at the link below to view the rest of the photos.
We love making headboards out of these old doors - there is so much character to each one of them. This headboard was shipped to one of our Customers in FL.
The doors we use are usually 80+ years old and have had their share of various paint treatments over the years.
These old door headboards make a great conversation piece and are sure to become the focal point of any bedroom.
Keep us in mind if you're not up to doping the trim work and want us to do that for you. We do work with a large DIY Client base that have us do the work and they will add the finishing touches themselves.

I noticed that a few people have commented on maybe adding a piece of Plexi Glass to the top of this....... Sorry I forgot to say in the post that I went and purchased some Plexi glass and have it sitting on top of the Door.... It's not shown in the picture cause I purchased it after I had taken all the pics... Sorry for the confusion... But thank you all for your input :)..... It definitely is a must for sure..... a lot easier to clean and no food getting into all the Crevices ......
I created this flower wall collage for my daughter's room by making tissue paper flowers and fan flowers with scrapbook paper and simply adhering them to the wall. This idea adds color and whimsy to any space! :)
