Does anyone have a good, easy, inexpensive way to keep squirrels out of large pots that, for now, contain dirt and veggie seeds? They jump in the pots and dig, not giving the poor seeds a chance to sprout!
Last year we were infested with fleas and I spent an insane amount of money trying to get rid of them. All of my animals are "house" animals, but the dog goes out to potty. I am using K9 Advantix but I need something more. Any suggestions?
Last fall my awesome husband put a dozen little shrubs in the ground, it seems my two male dogs and a friends male dog like to mark them. I am wondering what I could do if anything to prevent them from doing this. The areas where they mark are brown and black. I am worried they are going to kill the shurbs before they get a chance to grow up and give us the privacy I am hoping to get between us and our neighbors. I recall reading online that I could mix jalapeno peppers with water in a
mixer and spray it on the shrubs, that once the dogs smell it they will stop marking them. Any help or ideas are very gratefull. Thank you all. I can try to post pics if needed.
My husband was in his man cave(basement) when he noticed a couple of"May fly" looking bugs buzzing around the recessed lighting. his attention went back to hockey. he claims that the next
time he looked up there were hundreds of them coming out!! he got the vacuum and sucked them up. i suggested he spray some flying insect killer into a plastic bag and cover the hole to the light fixture with it. he had been intent upon spraying directly into the ceiling, but i was concerned it would short out the power. we live in northern Massachusetts and have never seen this before.any ideas?
Last year my husband and I decided to put an above ground swimming pool, which, within a week was full of frogs and frog eggs (yuk)... We drained it and filled it up again only to have these unwelcome guest back within days, this time we cleaned the pool without draining but put chemicals only to make the pool useless to humans. No pool last year. We decided to drain it and take it out. Today we still have no pool but hoping to put it back within the next few weeks, today my husband
noticed we have frogs in our back yard, I am sure they can't wait to go swimming... How can I get rid of them? HELP!!!
