Thank You! You have given me a very good education. My kitchen sink is at one end of the
house and the rest is at the other. I will get a code check book. We have no inspectors where this house is it's not a town . It is a unorganized territory. A plantation. The house is over 100 Yrs old. It is the family home.I am redoing it from previous people living here and freezing pipes and tearing out rooms. I have the "honor" of redoing the hole house to make it liveable. This is the only problem I have had so far. All of the pipes i have replaced with Pex pipe. Just wanted to be sure on the drainage.
I was truly lucky to find Dave here on Hometalk. I was looking at remodeling my bathroom on a budget. To save money, I was willing to do a lot of the work myself. There were just a few things that I was uncomfortable in doing -- shower base, new electrical for the new lights, and
installing the new faucets. I would do the demolition, installation of the durock and tiling. Called Dave. He came and gave me a very reasonale quote for the jobs I needed and the other things I didn't think of yet. Dave and Chris, et al, got everything done in wonderful time. Everyone on Dave's team was extrememly conscientious and proficient in all they did for me. They not only did the work I asked for but they also gave me lots of advice on the "hows" and "whats" of bathroom remodeling. I will definitely use Dave and Chris again in the other projects in the house. Thanks, guys! You were a godsend!
These photos were taken today in NJ at the Jersey Fresh event. There are horses from all over the world competing for spots on their countries teams for this years Olympic team.
Now you know what I do on the weekends when I am not working. This young lady dates the trainer in our barn where we keep our horse. I was there yesterday, today and will be there tomorrow raising money for my Susan G. Komen Ride for the Cure event that I chair. www.komenridenj.org
