  • Pallet Porch Swing created from an ordinary swing plan with just a few customizations. 2
  • Painted a soft blue shade, this swing is an inviting and comfortable place to spend the summer days! 3
  • Building a swing is not as difficult as it may seem!
  • Using these pattern making rulers, just alter the lines for an interesting and unique look!
  • Trace the pattern and cut the design. It's just a simple edit to a basic shape!
  • Once it's all together, simply paint, seal and hang! 2

  • The pony wall between the family room and kitchen gets a lot of wear and was in desperate need of an update. 3
  • So we added beadboard to it and the entire surrounding area.
  • We continued it and replaced the old dated wooden paneling that originally surrounded the kitchen peninsula. 1
  • We painted the remaining cabinets the same white and added new fabric to the cornices above the windows. 3
  • We also took down the lonely cabinet to the left of the sink and replaced it with three floating shelves.
  • The newly white cabinets look so much brighter. They also make me want new appliances, counter and backsplash--One day! :) 3
  • Here is a view of the pony wall and eat in area with crisp white beadboard as well as my new table my dad built. Love how the white really opens up the space! 10

Painted Kitchen Cabinets and Beadboard

Our kitchen was way too dark with red walls, wood cabinets, and wood flooring. So we decided to break it up and update the look by painting the cabinets white and adding white beadboard ...»
to the eat in part of the kitchen. Take a look at what a transformation some paint and a few other inexpensive additions can make.

updated mailbox / planter combo

Okay I finished it was almost going to use shingles on it but as you can see I didn't. It's sealed up pretty good for weather to keep mail dry. Now someone needs to seal it to protect it whom ever the buyer is ............ maybe you ???

Multiple Level Outdoor Living

We provided a whole new exterior envelope for the house, including an upper and lower deck, screened porch, new roof, exterior siding, doors and windows, and stone veneers. There are cozy ...»
spots to read a book by the fire, long views from the upper deck to the golf course beyond, and an inviting terrace level with gardens and bridge.
