Tiffway 419 is the Burmeda seed that is used for the typical Bermuda sod put down throughout ...»
our area. If you have any lawn that will come back, this is the seed that will match your Bermuda. Princess 77 by Pennington is also a good seed. Germination is 11-14 days and it takes 3-4 months to become an established lawn. For topdressing, use riversand mixed with screened topsoil. Id you use builders or play sand, different areas of the lawn will dry out at varying paces. This is not a good thing and makes proper watering difficult.
