Galvanized tub water garden

I used a galvanized wash tub to make a water garden! Just set the potted water plants in the water, anchor them with stones, and fill in with floating water plants. Remember to put in a mosquito dunk every month or so during warm weather! See more at http://ourfairfieldhomeandgarden.com or http://pinterest.com/barbrosen/

  • Just needed to clean it and it fit perfect in the spot behind the door
  • For my garden. Always wanted a glider. I had thought to either paint or stain it but I think I will leave it natural. After all don't we all try to get the worn aged look :). Reward for taking out the garbage this morning

Chest Makeover

I found this little chest at a thrift store. I made it over with a little paint, scrapbook paper, and Mod Podge. Now it is perfect for my daughter to use as a jewelry box.
