    reactive it becomes, there are acrylic transpents available from Home Depot/ Behr that will do the trick on any concrete surface. You MUST first clean the concrete completely. Rent a floor machine and a GRIT brush from Home Depot. Then use concrete cleaners and a wet vac to remove the cleaners before applying the materials. Wet vac until the floor debris is gone and the water is basically clear,
