Gardening: bell peppers, how to freeze

I just got some gorgeous red bells for 49 cents apiece, I am too tired to google, anyone know off the top of their hat how to freeze them? thank yew...

    I do exactly like Dee and Steve. Simple wash, core and seed. I have diced them, sliced them ...»
    and halved them for the freezer. I then use them for stir fries, soups, stews etc... I also stuff them and freeze them. When ever I want stutted peppers for supper, I take them out and bake them. They are fantastic!!

wood floor creaks badly , need it to be fixed

wood floors creak badly in bedrooms , one spot actually feels weak, i was told that its a subfloor problem.....

    careful not to let the seeds fall and germinate, if you have other irises in the same bed you ...»
    could cross polinate risking losing the original one later on

What kind of plant is this?

These are growing in my neighbors yard. We have no clue what they are??? It has a really thick stem like a sunflower would. We thought it was a weed but there are about 6-7 and theyre spaced apart perfectly as if planted purposely. Please help solve the plant mystery

    could actually be okra, look for the blooms, white with a purplish center
