for kitchen counters that are made of concrete can I add pigment at the time i am mixing the concrete and the glitter

    no matter if you're pre-casting OR casting-in-place, eC & amazing are correct for best ...»
    results,,, however, if you're new at this, you won't have the nec experience to anticipate the final color,,, steel trowels are amazing inventions for smoothness ;-) pick a good sealer ! good luck !
