Billiard room and hall renovation.

All design ideas are welcomed aside from dropping a bomb in the entire room. This room was an addition added to the original home. Has patio doors that lead to the back yard.

DTS. The one good thing is that you have a lot of square footage to work with. Plus, there is great natural light coming through the windows too. I would capitalize on that for sure. GOOD LUCK!
