Looks like water damage is the business to be in! Nice work, the clients must be happy!
This is a small commercial project that I completed and 3 weeks ago it flooded from a nerby creek.
I am in the process of a rebuild.

looks like a straight forward approach...replace all the lower drywall and yank out the carpets.
