After two years of struggling with storage space in our existing pantry, we moved the pantry renovation to the top of our "Never ending honey-do-list". We started out with a common
looking pantry with utility wire shelving hidden behind a set of bi-fold doors. But after a little "sweat equity" we transformed the pantry into a custom built-in with adjustable wooden shelves, drawer sliders, and the best part of all, all of the storage that we could ask for! (We're also working on a series of tutorials where we share the plans of how we built the cabinet. Here's the first set of plans: http://www.thediyvillage.com/2013/05/build-a...) #BeforeandAfter#DIY#kitchenpantry

This is super! I hope that I can do this in my small kitchen to provide better storage.
The standard pantries in the house we bought last year were almost unusable. Long deep shelves and only 3-4 of them in a large closet sized area. Thank heavens they had doors. I designed
the shelves, my husband cut them out of MDF boards, I painted them with several coats of paint, and he installed them with aluminum channel. The channel allowed use of the shelf all the way to the back of the space. I counted and measured all the things in my food pantry to make the plan for how many shelves, how wide, tall and deep they needed to be. See the beginning and end result. It's so nice to be able to find things now. It turned out so nice, we did the 2nd pantry where I keep dishes, plastics, and mixed items for the kitchen!
This is a quick and easy way to keep your shower clean in just two minutes a day.Just get a dish washing wand and fill the dispenser half with vinegar and half with liquid dish soap. Keep
it in the shower. That way everything is ready to go. When you get in, wet the sponge, and scrub away. Next, well, take a shower. That's it. I do a little section of the shower each day and work my way around the whole area about twice a week.
If the mixture gets thick, just add a little water. Also, I would caution that it is important to rinse well, and keep out of eyes as you would any cleanser.

Does anyone know how to clean a marble tile floor? There are some dull spots and streaks and I
have tried marble polish and so many other things and nothing has brought back the sheen. HELP!
