I have been a top producing REMAX Realtor in Atlanta for 11 years. I was the #74 REMAX agent in the country out of 58,000 and the #5 REMAX agent in the state of Georgia out of 5,300. My favorite "areas" of Home Improvement are: Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms and Family/Great Rooms. I think homeowners often forget that a little "spruce" can go a long way. Family Rooms andBedrooms are often forgotten because Kitchens and Bathrooms SELL homes.
