    looks just like ile or wood depending on what you choose- think it is called luxury vunyl and very expensive. I have 5 dogs and was going to go with tile, but in basement worried it will be old over concrete. My budget for the remodel is still developing. When I save up I may be giving you a call but it is not going to be anywhere near 100,000. Do you do $15,000-25,000 remodels? That will likely be closer to my budget. Debbie

Outdoor Living: Deck needs major renovation as it has not been taken care of.

cCannot afford to do a screened porch and deck at this time, but do need to get deck done as it is wobbly/shaking and boards disintegrating. Is it possible to rebuild deck and then come ...»
back in yr or teo and enclose a part in screened porch so that what I do now is not a waste of money that will jjust have to be redone when can add the screened porch. Any done this type of project in phases?

    replacing. Put in new post that will carry the load of the porch roof at least 6x6's, if not metal post. Then when you are ready, you can do the roof and the screen porch.
