Home Maintenance & Repairs: I have a leak around my vent pipe on my roof.

The roofing itself is good, but the rubber boot around the vent pipe is cracked. Can that be replaced without tearing up all the shingles around it?

    Yes it can be changed out and now is the best time while the shingles are warm they can be worked easily. You can find these booths at any hardware store.
