Plumbing: We need a new bathroom faucet. What's your favorite faucet brand? (nothing to pricey since this is a rental)

We always recommend to our customers to start with Delta - they have a good quality product at ...»
a reasonable price. Kohler is good as well but can be a bit more costly. In addition to Home Depot and Lowe's also do a google shopping search and look on amazon - a number of our customers find the faucet that they like and then to some internet research and shopping to find the best price.

I have a navy blue paint I really wanna use for an accent wall.

I was thinking of my stairwell, but also like the thought of it being on the wall of front door. It's a bold color, but would be beautiful against all the white wood trim

@Yamini painting the door itself is a good idea! Thanks :) I will give that some thought. ...»

@Steve The front window of our house shines 3/4 the way up the stairs & lights up our entry way, but good point about using it in brighter spaces.

@Dan Yes, climbing up & down the stairs would suck! I've painted dark colors & know I need primer & a few coats, but didn't think about the weird angels & climbing I would have to do. Boo! ;)

Thanks everyone! Looks like it's the entryway or the door itself! Now I just have to wait for warmer weather, so I can have the windows open for ventilation without freezing! It's been low 40s here in the NW, looks like painting might wait until spring, but I will definitely post pics when I am all painted up :o)

I'm going to finally buy some furniture I like & decorate the house the way I like. Excited ...»
to get rid of all the hand-me-down & old stuff. Also, paint the whole inside of the house, it needs new color & the previous owner left the master bedroom with 3 different shades of brown on 4 walls! I all ready have a can of navy blue paint I want to use for an accent wall, but waiting for warmer weather to pain with the windows open :)
