Gardening: Tomato seedlings losing leaves

What did I do wrong this time? I usually have no problem starting seeds, but my toato seedlings have all lost their bottom leaves and it looks like they may die altogether. There is all ...»
different varieties, they all look sick. I have them in jiffy pots, and have noticed mold growing on the outside of the pots but also right on the top of the soil. I have had them under lights, never missed watering, and they have been warm. Can they be saved or have I lost the fight? They have not been overwatered either, at least I don't think so.

soak them overnight? These have wintered over, are they still viable? I am in zone 6. Thanks!

    start there own shoots, but I guess I was thinking about starting from seed to maybe sell some. I will just wait til I have runners and do it that way. Thanks again!

in the winter? I am in zone 5, do I take them out and bring them in the basement for the winter, leave them out in baskets? Any advice would be greatly appreciated and thank you all.

Kitchen reno

We finally got our kitchen completed this weekend. Except for a few little things it is pretty much done. ALOT of hard work but so worth it.

Gardening: Sweet potato vine

I just pulled all my sweet potato vine and found tubers that look like sweet potatoes. Can I save these and start new plants next year? I have never grown them before so I am clueless here.

    impressed by how much flavor it has versus anything I've ever bought in the store. Nothing beats a grape tomato straight off the vine!

    lived happily ever after here. My hyacinth was beautiful, grew like crazy & was prohibited in Florida so I killed it. I have no doubt I will find something at a later date.

    think it is a good idea to plant squash and cukes near each other. I ended up with yellow cukes and green squash last year. Who knew? Well, somebody probably knew bbut didn't tell ME! Lol...live and learn right folks?
