J.Miserany on Sep 08, 2015As a Canadian living away for some years I'm happy to say I have not encountered,Burdock, in my gardens here.As a child we also called it ,Cow Rhubarb, which some adults do.I remember my grandfather used a scythe to cut it on a regular basis,guess you could just mow it down.Good luck.
