Fall Feather Tree

$1.00
20 Minutes
Easy
I've been seeing feather Christmas trees everywhere this year. I wanted to see if I could duplicate the look, but opted for a fall theme for my tree.
I purchased a bag of earth tone feathers for $1.99 from my local Hobby Lobby. I wasn't sure how many feather I needed, but this bag will end up making 3 or 4 trees depending on the size cone form you use.
I didn't have any cone forms, so I pulled out a sheet of poster board and made my own. I just cut a corner off on a curve. I just free handed it.
Using hot glue, I attached the feathers to the base.
I'm really pleased with the result! This will make a beautiful addition to my fall mantel.

The best part about this project is that it took me 20 minutes to complete from start to finish. For more information and details on this project can be found on my blog. Hope to see you there!
