Craft Supply Wall Organizer

by Rachel Beach
Hello! I love having my craft supplies on display so that I can easily find what I am looking for and get inspired too! My husband and I built this wall organization unit for my craft office and it is perfect!
As part of my entire craft room makeover, I knew storage was important. With a minimal budget, I also had to get creative and create my own pieces for cheap!
Plans included on the blog and the entire shelving unit is comprised of 1×4 boards. There are four wall L-brackets to secure it to the wall.
After sanding and filling any nail holes, we primed and painted this piece. This was a spray painted piece for convenience and to well cover all the nooks and crannies. After the paint was dry, we added some finishing boards to the front to keep anything from sliding around and painted those as well.

What neat storage for you paints and supplies Rachel. I especially love how easy it is to see the paint colors on the bottom shelf.

@Rachel Beach funny, that you used to keep your paints in a tool box. Mine are now in some wood tools caddies like in the link below. I painted the tops of each bottle, but I still like the way yours are better. I'll be making something like yours when I move into my She-ed next Spring or summer. http://www.clarksoutdoorchairs.com/files/4324374/uploaded/P1010038.JPG
