DIY Cedar Planked Closet With Built In Desk

Kristin
by Kristin
With our oldest son moving into a smaller room we had to get creative with space. We decided to line the closet with Cedar Safe planks and install a desk inside the closet for an organized space.
Before
We lined up the first plank with the corner and nailed the cedar boards into the studs using a nail gun.

For the full tutorial please stop by the blog, link is at the bottom of this post.

We finished it off by reinstalling his closet organizer, and a desk top.
He now has a space that is organized and a great place to complete homework

There are many more steps to this project, stop by my blog for all the details.

What are you using to tap on to get the tongue and groove boards seated together. I'd really like to make or buy one. Thank you for sharing your beautiful "office" with all of us.
