Indian Corn Inspired Glass Block Light

Glass block lights are great to have in smaller spaces that need just a little light or as night lights.
The fun part is that you can decorate them to fit the season or your home decor!
Supplies:

Glass Block

Adhesive

Glass Gems

Glass Light Stand - Optional
Adhere glass gems to the face of the glass block and let sit until the adhesive is set.

If you find the glass gems sliding around you can use painter's tape to hold them in place until the adhesive is set.
Add a small light in the hole and finish off with a seasonal floral pick.

You may wish to cover all sides of the glass block, just the front and back or just the front. Either way it is a fun night light.

I may try it as a back splash but was concerned with the spaces between the glass circles of what to do with that. I know it's tiny but I don't want anything to get on the wall that may knock down the glass circles. Any ideas for that?

How do you put a hole in the glass block? And also, where can I buy the stands?
