So, I recently refinished this beautiful gem that I found, and finally got it into our new home. I love the way it has turned out. Check it out and let me know what you think!

Here is what it looked like before, there was a lot to NOT like about its dated look. But I knew there was something beautiful that could come from it.

Now that we have finally moved, I got it into the house and it's coming together beautifully.

We bought our new dining room table, and I love the way the bright color really has great contest with the dark wood. And not to mention our awesome old-but-new reupholstered dining room chairs that we had redone by my boyfriends dad. They came out so wonderful.

Did you paint with chalk paint? I'd love to paint my china cabinet...it's my mother's, and it's big and very cherry, which isn't really our style. This is a great makeover - and your dining room looks fab!
