Beautiful and Functional Crafting Storage

2 Hours
Easy
I always feel more crafty when my room has ambiance. I not only want to make beautiful things, I want to surround myself with them as well. I chose to make this cigar box into an ephemera storage box which will hold all my beautiful ephemera I use for my cards and altered items
I colored the box with chalk paint and decorated it with washi tape and paper from the Lost and Found and Crowded Attic paper stack from Tim Holt and Mod Podge.
I made the ephemera tag using Deflecto Sign Tags and White Wet eraser Marker. I was so happy that I was able to use my die cuts to shape my tag. It gave the box that much more character.
I wanted the items in my box to be as beautiful as the outside so I organized my lace and buttons on some printables I got from an Etsy shop called VectoriaDesigns.
I added some simple elements on the outside of the box using items from Tim Holtz idea-ology collection.

You can find a list of all the products I used over on my blog.
