Halloween Mantel
Have you noticed the Facebook group, Decorating Enthusiasts? It's a great place to ask advice, share your decorating adventures and join the monthly challenges! This month is the start of One Space, Three Ways: Holiday Edition! I chose to go the Halloween route in a very affordable way. Don't pass by dollar store goodies. Look beyond the color. You can spray paint things to fit your color scheme.
That's just what I did here. Pumpkins and skulls get a spray paint treatment of metallic gold. Wrap the stems in twine with hot glue for a more finished look.
I've even spray painted a few white.
Felt shapes can be glued to the fronts of pumpkins like here with the spider web.
