Picture Frame Pumpkins: A Thrift Store Makeover

What do you get when 40 bloggers team to swap and make over their best thrift store find?? also known as my favorite week of the year!
So how does it work? We each head to our local thrift store or flea market with $10 - $15 in hand, find an item or a few in desperate need of a makeover, then mail them off to a fellow blogger who will transform them into something amazing!

I got a box full of thrifted goodies from Christy at Our Southern Home. Here's what she sent me:
With it being Fall and all, pumpkins have been everywhere, and the shape of the frames seemed like a perfect fit for a pumpkin-inspired project. So I turned these frames into pumpkins with some paint, fabric and stuffing.


I dug through our scrap wood pile and found two trim pieces that would work as the stems.
