Unicorn SPiT and Annie Sloan Dresser

Going this great little piece and a second hand store in town. I brought it home and finished sanding it. I was getting the top and drawer fronts prepared for Unicorn SPiT. I skip sanded the top so some of the original color would come thru.
Next my daughter applied Unicorn SPiT to the drawer fronts and top with a syringe. She then moved the SPiT atound with the side of her hand from left to right.
We let the Unicorn SPiT dry and applied 3 coats of high gloss poly. In between coats white waiting for poly to dry I painted the body Annie Sloan Graphite and put Old Masters Spanish Oak Gel Stain on top if ASCP. Then did a final sealing with poly.
This is the top if dresser. See how it has what appears to be a copper color in it? That is from not removing all of the prior stain when we sanded it. I love it!
Just waiting for its new owner. I had done may signs and small things with Unicorn SPiT but this was my first piece of furniture.
