How to Clean Sharpie with Rubbing Alcohol, and what not to use it on ever!

This post came out of a discussion on Hometalk! Rubbing alcohol is great for cleaning permanent marker off of some things, but there are other things that you should avoid using it on and some that it just won't work on at all! Necessary information if you have Sharpie lovers in your house!

    Niece's kids decorated kitchen island with permanent marker. Believe it or not erasable markers rubbed on the permanent marker took it off!

    I used hair spray on my upholstered chair and it worked.
