I'm so thrilled to be participating in this year's blog hop! It's all about being cozy and handmade and doing fun things around the house - totally my cup o' tea :)
We've been cleaning up our yard ahead of the winter season and I found these old (yucky) fence posts.
There was potential there! So I cut them down to slightly different sizes using my circular saw.
I painted them each a different 'beach' style colour - all shades of creamy whites and blues. Then I used a large drill bit to bore a hole in the top of each fence post.
The final touch was to add some jute twine and little balsa wood labels spelling out the word FALL. I just love how it all came together and used things I had kicking around the house!

There are TONS more amazing projects linked up to this hop and I hope you have a chance to check them all out all the link below :) Thanks Hometalk for letting us participate!
