I love making crafts with my two year old. I love doing creative things and I also love encouraging it so this year I've been focusing on getting us to do lots of fun Halloween crafts to decorate out house with.
One of my favourite projects we have done, aside from a Pinecone Spider Craft we did it this Jack-O-Lantern Garland Craft.
My son, being the little painter he is did a beautiful collection on black and orange sponge paintings and I then turned his artwork into this super cute garland for our Halloween Mantle!
The little guy, caught in actions, creating away.
The project is easy and fun and costs nothing in supplies which is great. There are all (if you have kids) supplies you will have laying around in your house.
This project is fabulous for kids of any age. As they get older they can cut their own Jack-O-Lanterns out and assemble the garland on their own.
Here is our garland in action. Love it so much, it's very special because we made it together. Hope you try this craft with your kids. They will love it!
