Rust Oleum Tub and Tile Refinishing Kit

I've wanted to try this kit for a few years. I shopped for it about two years ago and couldn't find it. My husband didn't want to try it. He wanted to replace the tile instead. Circumstances got in the way and the shower remodel got put on hold. I decided I couldn't live with our tile any longer.
Our tile was country blue circa 1990. I wasn't in bad shape but I hated the color. I hid it behind the shower curtain.
It requires some prep and it messy but It was easy to do. Remove the caulk, bleach the tile and rinse, clean the tile with comet and rinse, spray it with Lime Away and rinse. Finally sand it with wet/dry sand paper and rub down with tack cloth before painting.
The first coat was dry to the touch in an hour or so. It smells so have adequate ventilation.
The second coat covered it pretty well. I did order a second kit to do some touch ups.
I'm thrilled with this product. It looks and feels like real tile. I wish I'd done it years ago.
