Building A Guestroom

We purchased a 2 bedroom house. We wanted a 3 bedroom house so we had to build the 3rd bedroom in the basement.
My Husband told me I would be comfortable sleeping down here and I did not believe him.
This is the start of the sub floor
Framing and electrical
Insulation and flooring
Mildew and waterproof sheetrock
Spackel, paint and trim work and it becomes a livable space
