While cleaning out the basement I made of pile of things to throw out... when I turned to look at the pile I saw this... A pie crust table with a damaged top and a broken clock...
And I had an idea... I took apart the pie crust table because the base was perfect. The clock mechanism was broken so I opened the clock and glued the hands down at 5:00... Cocktail time!
I created a sturdy base to mount the clock then painted the whole piece the same color. The result was a gorgeous clock table that is perfect to use as an end table! It is such an amazing conversation piece.... and to think I almost threw out these pieces!
