Home Made Garden Cart


My husband always has an abundance of empty cable spools. I like finding ways to re-purpose them and I've discovered they really make great wheels! Using old wood we have out back, we made a simple crate and attached it to the spools.
Of course, it is a stationary cart, you can't roll it around the yard. And we still have to add the handle. Since it's still winter here, I've filled mine with house plants

Use steeped tea and then steel wool vinegar to make the spools look old.
