What is the best paint and the best place to get casual stencils? We hope to do the job ourselves. Basically two toned yellow with random stencil of something.

Hobby Lobby has a 40% off one item coupon almost every week in their ad. You can also find and print the coupon online. They may have an app too, but I don't like apps so I'm not sure. As for the paint, there are special paints made for concrete. Depending on which store you shop at locally for paint, the brand will be different.

You can also go on line to micheals.com for the stencils.They to offer discounts every week.Not knowing what paint stores you have in Texas I cannot tell a brand that would be best to use just make sure you mention that it is for cement.
