We have real wood plantation shutters (that the last home owners painted white) throughout our house. It seems they collect dust faster than I can get rid of it. Any Suggestion on what to use and what not to use when cleaning them?

I have heard that pledge deflects dust somewhat, and do admit on our large table dusting with pleadge keeps it nice longer. Maybe try pledge just every so often? I love plantation shutters!
